Holly Torneby Fontaine is an award-winning design leader with over a decade of experience building innovative digital products and leading customer-centric, multidisciplinary teams. She is the trusted creative partner for Seattle’s most iconic brands while also leading product design for tech companies headquartered around the globe. Holly has received high praise for her ability to solve tough design challenges by pioneering solutions for healthcare, big data, and artificial intelligence companies since 2014.
Holly’s experience, combined with her passion for tech equity, gives her the unique ability to motivate cross-functional teams to rally behind a common goal and put forth their best work yet. She inspires people to care about the work they’re doing, to appreciate the work of others, and to show up every day with optimism and intention.
Most recently, Holly was the Co-Owner and Head of Design for Seattle-based agency, Wildern Design and Interactive. At Wildern, Holly successfully grew the business from its inception as a freelance consulting practice in 2015 to scale as a full-service agency employing both design and engineering teams in-house. To date, she’s generated millions of dollars in revenue for the business and built an inclusive, multidisciplinary company of administrative, technical, and creative staff in teams of 5 to 25+.
